Required Compliance Training
To ensure the highest level of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance, all drivers of Emmanuel Medical Transport Corp are required to complete the following trainings.
Drivers must either:
Complete the training through company-approved providers, or
Upload valid proof of completion for review and approval
All certifications must remain current and active at all times.
Adult, Child & Infant First Aid /CPR/AED
Drivers must maintain a current Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid / CPR / AED certification from a recognized training provider.
Required For: All drivers
Certification Period: Valid for 2 years
Renewal: Required every 24 monthsDrivers must complete an approved defensive driving course focused on safe vehicle operation and passenger safety.
Required For: All drivers
Certification Period: Valid for 2 years
Renewal: Required every 24 months
All drivers and relevant staff must complete Fraud, Waste & Abuse training to ensure compliance with Medicaid program integrity requirements.
Required For: All drivers and applicable staff
Certification Period: Valid for 1 year
Renewal: Annual training required
All drivers and applicable staff must complete HIPAA training to ensure the protection of patient health information and compliance with federal privacy laws.
Required For: All drivers and staff with access to passenger information
Certification Period: Valid for 1 year
Renewal: Annual training required
Passenger Assistance, Safety & Sensitivity (PASS)
Drivers must complete PASS training to ensure safe and respectful assistance for passengers with mobility needs.
Required For: All drivers
Certification Period: Valid for 2 years
Renewal: Required every 24 months
